What an incredible day it was.
This year’s Divas On The Green brought nearly 400 people together in a vibrant celebration of community, connection and purpose—all under the theme of Australia.
From the moment guests arrived in their creative and colourful outfits, the atmosphere was electric. There were laughs, there were moving moments, and there was an overwhelming sense of people coming together for something bigger than themselves.
And after a drizzle of rain early in the morning, the clouds parted just in time—setting the scene for a truly special day on the green.
16 Years of Community Impact
Now in its 16th year, Divas On The Green has become a much-loved event in the Hunter community—and for good reason.
At the heart of its success is the incredible Michelle Faitfull, who tirelessly volunteers her time year after year to bring this event to life. Her passion, commitment and attention to detail are nothing short of inspiring, and this event simply wouldn’t be what it is today without her.
Thanks to Michelle’s dedication—and the generosity of every attendee, sponsor and supporter—this year’s event raised over $38,000 for two local for-purpose organisations: the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.
More Than Just a Day Out
While the costumes were incredible and the energy throughout the day was contagious, what truly made the event special were the stories.
Guests heard powerful and inspiring experiences that reminded everyone why events like this matter—not just for the funds raised, but for the lives impacted.
