Cancer Recovery Program

A guided pathway to healing, resilience and life after treatment

Our 8-Week Cancer Recovery Program is an evidence-based mindfulness program designed specifically for people who have completed breast cancer treatment and are ready to focus on recovery, wellbeing and moving forward.

This program supports participants to reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing and reconnect with their bodies in a gentle, supportive environment, guided by facilitators experienced in cancer care.

Evidence-based

This program is built on the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery (MBCR) model, which has been shown to improve emotional wellbeing, reduce stress and support quality of life after cancer treatment.

Survivor-focused

The program is designed specifically for people who have completed breast cancer treatment and are in the recovery phase, recognising the unique physical and emotional challenges that can continue long after treatment ends.

Whole-person care

Each session combines mindfulness, gentle movement, meditation and discussion, supporting emotional health, physical awareness and stress management in an integrated way.
