What to expect when you contact us

When you reach out to HBCF, you will be connected with our Supportive Care Coordinator who will take the time to understand your situation and identify which services may be most helpful.

There is no single “right” service. Many people access more than one form of support, and this can change over time. Our role is to walk alongside you and help you access what you need, when you need it.

We are here for families too

Breast cancer affects more than just the person diagnosed. We also support partners, children, carers and loved ones through services like our Children’s Books Program, education grants and family-focused support.

If someone you love has breast cancer, you are welcome to reach out.

Confidential and judgement-free

All Supportive Care services are provided in a confidential, respectful and non-judgemental way. You do not need to navigate this alone, and you do not need to be in crisis to ask for help.
