The Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation’s Lawn Mowing Support, partially funded by the Port of Newcastle, provides free lawn care assistance to eligible Hunter locals navigating breast cancer treatment.

We understand that maintaining outdoor spaces can become physically demanding during treatment and recovery. This service helps reduce the burden of home maintenance, ensuring properties remain safe, tidy and manageable while people focus on their health.

Lawn maintenance is available to all Hunter breast cancer clients who are undergoing active treatment or recovering from surgery.

Six Services

HBCF will fund up to six lawn services throughout a clients treatment and/or surgery recovery period.

Lawn services are only available to clients not accessing cleaning services.
