The Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation’s Home Cleaning Support, proudly supported by Orica, provides free household cleaning services to eligible Hunter locals navigating breast cancer treatment.
We know that treatment can take a significant physical and emotional toll. Keeping up with everyday household tasks can quickly become overwhelming. This service is designed to remove one pressure point, helping people maintain a safe, comfortable home environment while they focus on their health and recovery.
Professional Cleaners
All cleaning services are provided by professional cleaners ensuring attention to detail, quality service and peace of mind.
Help when you need it most
HBCF offer home cleaning services to clients when they are undergoing active treatment or recovering from breast cancer surgery.
Regular Service
Cleaning is offered as a fortnightly or monthly 2 hour service for Hunter clients undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
SIX Services
HBCF can authorise six house cleaning services for breast cancer clients to assist throughout the treatment and surgery recovery period.
Cleaning is only available to clients not accessing lawn maintenance services.
STRICT INFECTION CONTROL
We have strict cleaning protocols in place to protect our clients and community against the risk of COVID-19 and other diseases. All cleaners and clients must agree to protocols before a service can commence.

Yes. Cleaning is arranged at a time that works for you, and you can be home during the service.
Does the service cost anything?
No. Thanks to community support and our sponsor, this service is provided free of charge to eligible clients.
Who carries out the cleaning?
Cleaning is delivered by professional providers arranged through HBCF.
What if I live outside the Hunter region?
At this time, Home Cleaning Support is available to eligible clients within the Hunter region.
