K's are Ticking over!
Wednesday 15th Oct So...I'm not sure how to complete the section that keeps track of my k's. I have clicked everywhere possible and nope...nothing!! Be rest assured I am ticking them over! I have not missed a day so far. I'm halfway there! Yay! Share
I like to Move it!
Monday 13th Oct Day 13 and I have cycled 113k's and walked/ran 45k. I've done 4 gym sessions as well. In a few days, I'll be at the half way mark! Share
9 Days In!
Thursday 9th Oct Lots of running, walking, cycling and some gym sessions ticked off so far. Today's movement was a bit gentler and included a tour to the MCG! Nothing like a bit sporting royalty stories and pictures to motivate me even more.
And we're off and moving!!
